1. I have been thinking about switching my insurance company. Can I get a quote for automobile insurance?
  Yes, At Parson Insurance we are here to help with all you insurance needs. Fax us your current Policy Information (Declarations) along with your phone number and we will get back with you asap with a quote for a new policy.
 
2. Can I pay my premium installment with my credit card electronically?
  All carriers allow credit card payments. You can contact us at 330-499-8100 to process payments Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm. Or you can pay via e-check on the carrier’s website.
 
3. Can I make changes to my policy online?
  Your Parson insurance agent is an experienced insurance professional who has extensive product knowledge and will help you make important decisions about your auto, home, life or business insurance policy. Please consult with your ERIE Agent to process all policy change requests. Often, one change necessitates another. Your Agent can advise you of the policy and premium effect on each change.
 
4. My son or daughter has just obtained his driver's permit -- does he have to be added to our family auto policy?
  Only licensed drivers can be added to your auto policy. We encourage you to contact us prior to adding your licensed child so that we can work up the best rates for you.
 
5. Does my auto policy provide coverage on a rented vehicle?
  The ERIE Family Automobile Policy does provide coverage on a rented vehicle that you or a resident relative rents for 45 days or fewer for personal use. We do not pay for rental costs; however, coverages do carry over from your personal automobile policy.
